If you want to buy a very small book (think Cliff Notes size) that just has brief recaps in history and little or nothing about your family then go ahead and spend the $30. I expected some relevant information about my family and got absolutely nothing. Don't even bother with this series. I wouldn't have even given it one star but the system requires you to do something. Customer Rating: Summary: A waste of Good Dollars Comment: I can think of nothing positive to say about this book and others under the name in history titles. Having bought 2, for different surnames, they both repeated the same information and did not provide me with any insight into genealogy . It's just a generic book and a waste of paper and resources.
