Summary: I fill one out every year.
Comment: Yes, it's true. I buy a new All About Me book every year and fill it out within a matter of days,
cover to cover. There are, of course, only subtle changes from year to year, but now that I've been
doing it for four years, the changes are more evident. It's a fun way of keeping my life in check
and reminding myself annually to take a little time to focus on who I am, what I was, and what I
want to become. The only complaint I have is that the sticker on the front doesn't come off very
easily.

Comment: I've always wanted to write a diary, but every time I sit down to write one, I have so much and so
little to say. I usually end up not writing anything at all. This book was a great way for me to
write down all my personal thoughts and explore what I really think about certain issues. A great
idea for anyone interested in a way of saving your most cherished memories for later.
